Planning permission has been granted for a new 4 bedroom house on the site of an old garage adjacent to the recently completed conversion and refurbishment of Lilliput House. The new house is a contemporary interpretation of it’s neighbour with a simple clean palette of materials comprised of white render, dark grey tiles and dark grey window frames.
Work is due to start on site early 2020.
Practical completion has been reached for the conversion and refurbishment of a locally listed Victorian mansion in Poole, Dorset.
The conversion provides two new three bedroom houses, both with contemporary open plan living spaces on the first floor offering uninterrupted views across Poole harbour. The conversion works with the existing exterior to maintain it’s historic appearance.
